At DeadStock Barbershop, we go out of our way to make sure our valued clients have the best experience possible, from the minute they enter our doors to the moment they leave our incomparable Shop. Mask Required! 

Due to the current condition of our country and the world all customers are required to wear masks upon entry into the shop. If you have reserved an appointment that requires beard service please leave on your mask until that portion of your service begins. If you have not scheduled a beard service then your mask is to remain on for the duration of your service.

Feeling a little under the weather? 

If you have a cold or symptoms of any sickness please cancel your appointment. Do not show up sick! If you are visibly sick we reserve the right to cancel your appointment and a service fee of 50% of your reservation price will be charged to your card on file. Barbers don't get paid sick leave or PTO so please don't risk our lives or the lives of our families for a haircut.

Before Arriving

Upon arrival please have hair cleansed and clear of any products or leave-in conditioners. also, ensure that hair is thoroughly dried out as well. Clean hair cuts the best and will give optimal results for your desired look and style. Repeated offenders will incur a service charge.

Need to cancel?

Life happens and we can't plan for everything, so we understand that there are times that you will have to cancel your appointment. We ask that you cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance. Cancelations that are within 24 hours of your appointment time will incur a service fee of 50% of your reservation price. Appointments canceled the same day within 3 hours of your reservation slot will be charged 100% of the appointment price. This is because we will not be able to fill the spot you reserved causing us to lose money.

No call/No Show

As stated before we understand that life happens and that you may not be able to make every appointment you schedule. All we are asking for is that you give us proper notice as stated in the cancelation policy previously. No Call No shows will be charged 100% of the reservation price.

Friends and Family

We love our friends and we love our families but due to limited space and the Covid19 outbreak City Salon Suites is asking us to enforce their policy of not bringing anyone into the building who is not getting serviced. This goes for common areas as well as inside the suites. Sorry for any inconvenience, but we want to be in compliance with CSS rules

I need a cut & beard but all you had were haircut spots available!

Only scheduled services will be rendered on the day of your appointment. We understand that you may have wanted additional services but due to appointments being back to back there is no time to add additional services even if you offer to pay the difference. Doing so will cause the barber to be behind on all other appointments after you, which is unfair to them. In order to get the services you desire we recommend booking your appointments further in advance before all availabilities are gone and you are left picking spots you either didn't want or don't fit your schedule
